Lifestyle

To encourage more seniors and elders to live active, healthy lifestyles.

The Society is committed to providing opportunities through recreational and healthy lifestyle choices, to reduce chronic health conditions, lower public and personal health care costs and have more seniors and elders taking part in active living programs.

More seniors and elders are engaging in family and community activities, sharing knowledge and experiences and are looking forward to programs such as “Elders in Motion”.

The Society will continue to advocate and promote intergenerational activities to strengthen the connections which will strengthen individuals in both age groups.
